When I went to Euclid Records and saw it boarded up…

But then realized they just moved down the street to Gore Avenue.

TweetSubmission Week at WHSSWCM
Hi friends! It’s been quite the year, hasn’t it? We’ve had fun telling the story of St. Louis in GIFs, but we know there’s still plenty you want to see on this blog (looking at you, Lutheran South.) So, in honor of our anniversary on tumblr, we’re turning this baby over to you this week. That’s right…we’re taking submissions, and lots of them.

Come at us with your best submissions (either on tumblr or email) and we might just hit “publish”. (Make sure you tell us how to credit you!)
Any questions? Have fun!

TweetHappy birthday, little blog
We birthed this blog one year ago today and are now ready to stuff our faces with cake to celebrate. We never imagined that a few inside jokes between the two of us would turn into a website that nearly 200,000 people have read.
So, to those people: thanks for laughing with us for an entire year.
We’re not going anywhere, but we think this occasion calls for one GIF, and one GIF only.

Sitting next to Jon Hamm at a Cards game

We fantasize about more than just sitting next to Jon Hamm, but we’ll keep this G-rated for now. Congratulations, Erin Willmann, you’re our Caption This! contest winner! Email us to claim your Nick’s Pub prize.
This week’s runner-ups:
- “The Blues winning the Stanley cup” - Ashley Glatz
